What is Artist Alley Manager?
Artist Alley Manager is web-based convention planning software for repeat artist-alley sellers and small convention studios. It helps artists find shows, track applications, remember deadlines, and keep a private record of each convention in one workspace.
What the product does
Application tracking
Move each show from watching to applied, waitlisted, accepted, and paid, and log evidence (links and notes) such as acceptance emails and payment receipts.
Deadline tracking
Track application deadlines, table payments, travel planning, and show start dates on each saved show. Automatic reminders are not on during the beta.
Private show record
Booth assignment, booth cost, lodging and travel notes, and setup notes stay with each show in your workspace.

- Artist Alley Manager is in a limited private beta. It is free during the beta while future pricing is under review.
- Shop integrations
- Etsy and Shopify connections are not required. Convention tracking works without connecting a shop.
- Privacy boundary
- Saved conventions, application status, booth costs, deadlines, and private notes stay in the artist's workspace. Public profile fields are opt-in.
